Don’t miss: Ohara’s EP Release w/Daniel Isaiah – May 4th

Montreal’s own  Ohara and Daniel Isaiah will be playing Le Cagibi this Sunday, May 4th. Doors are at 8:00 PM, and the show starts at 8:30 PM. It’s going to be a wonderful event, with local music playing all night. The show is $5, which is practically a giveaway, especially considering you’ll be seeing four great bands!

Daniel Isaiah is a multi-faceted artist; being both an incredible singer-songwriter and award-winning filmmaker.

He is currently writing a follow-up to his debut album, High Twilight, which was released through Secret City Records (home to Basia Bulat, Owen Pallett, Suuns and Patrick Watson, among others).

Ohara is an artist like no other. Not only does she write great music, but she is also an incredible visual artist that has been livening Montreal up with show posters designs for years now.

In addition to this, Ohara’s also has an array of wonderful, quirky, drawing-based books: L’ABC de Monsieur Pizza, Outside the Lines, the list goes on…

Also, worthy of mention is her infectiously upbeat personality, which makes her and her art all the more lovable!

Listen to her brand new, perfectly reverby single, “Hallways”:

Jordan-Robson Cramer and Jenny Berkel will be opening up the show.
